20 MAY 2006 - Together with Mr. Monfared (architect) and Mr. Mahmoodian (civil engineer), structural design of Saman Bank Central Building has been finished. It took 45 days from beginning to delivery of For Construction drawings . Area of this building is 4750 sqm in 11 stories. Moment resistant steel frames have been used to resist against lateral loads of earthquake.

03 JAN 2006 - Shooroo earth dam is located in Sistan province in eastern-south of Iran. According to feasibility studies of this dam, drainage discharge was low and no piping potential was detected. After the detail geotechnical investigations of the site, some doubts for piping raised (because of high permeability of the loose Silty-Sand of upper layer). Mr. Ali Saleh from Kankash Omran Consulting Engineers asked me to have a study on this case. After some studies and seepage modeling, I prepared a report for technical and economical comparison between the cut-off and downstream blanket solution.

24 AUG 2005 - To decrease the ground water level in grand Mosalla of Tabriz, a drainage system had been designed by me (on contract for Kuban-Kav Consulting Engineers – Dr. Hormoz Family in 2003 and construction started by Pey-Eskan-Azar Company.
Construction of the system had been finished in May 2005 and according to discharge monitoring conducted by the contractor, client asked for a pump station to discharge the drained water out of the site. 20 JUL 2005 - To construct a concrete underground structure for Imamzadeh Jafar pump station located in Gachsaran, the contractor has excavated a deep excavation in gypsum, below the groundwater level. After finishing the excavation, water not only made a mud pool at the bottom of the trench, but also endangered the stability of the trench slopes.
Zoomar Consulting Engineers as the construction supervisor of the project invited me to solve their problem in July 2005. I had a short site visit and reported the required recommendations.

11 JUL 2005 - Maloo earth dam is going to be constructed in Khorasan, north-east of Iran. Technical and economical studies have shown that crest would have 22m height and about 230m length. I engaged in this project as dam body designer in option study and detailed design stage collaborating with Kankash-Omran Consulting Company (Mr. Ali Saleh).
